  1. (1) Long-term bonds will be issued annually during construction at an estimated composite interest rate of 3.5%. These bonds will be repaid or amortized over 25 years.  Model assumes $10M issued in FY11, $20M issued in FY12 and $15.5M issued in FY13 totaling $45.15M in bonds.

  2. (2)FY10 tax rate is $16.37 per $1,000 of assessed value.

  3. (3)The Community Preservation Assessment (CPA) surcharge of 1.5% on property tax amounts in not included above.
