Call to order – HSBC Chairman, Lea Anderson,
called the meeting to order at 7:45 p.m.

committee discussed the eight proposals received by the Friday, July 11, 2008
deadline. They

The committee then
rated the eight respondents on a scale of 1 (weak) to 5 (strong) on the weighted
evaluation criteria:

The firms’ scores were ordered as follows:

agreed to interview a short list of the first four firms. References will be checked as

Interviews will be set up for
Monday, July 21 and Tuesday, July 22 starting at 7:30 pm. Joy will contact the short list to set
up interviews and notify the other four firms of the committee’s
decision.
The
entire HSBC will meet on Wednesday, July 23 to consider the selection
committee’s recommendation.
