Chairman Lea Anderson called the special meeting of the HSBC
architect negotiating team to order at 7:30 p.m.
HMFH Architects, Inc. principals George Metzger and Steve Friedlander were welcomed to the table. Joe Lewin guided the discussion (see attached outline).
It was agreed that Turner and HMFH would meet next week prior to Thursday to discuss their roles in achieving the scope of Phase I within the budget.
HMFH agreed to provide 2003 financial information and a list of 2-3 recommended sub-consultants in each area.
The group agreed to continue its discussions next Thursday Feb. 26th at 6:00 p.m. in the conference room off the commons at Wayland High School prior to the full HSBC meeting that evening.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:50 p.m.
The next meeting of the full HSBC is scheduled for Thursday Feb. 26, 2004 at 7:30 p.m. in the conference room off the High School Commons.
